Insurance:

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance plan. I can provide you with invoices which you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.

Rates:

Fees are available upon request.

Payment:

Personal checks, credit cards or cash are accepted for payment at the time of each session. Please note I accept Flexible Spending (FSA's), American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. 

Cancellation Policy:

If an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than twenty-four hours notice, you may be billed for the session.

Office Location:

My office is located at 21 Locust Street, Suite 1D, New Canaan, CT. The office is within walking distance to the New Canaan train station, which provides access to Metro North railroad. I am located minutes from the Merritt Parkway and easily accessible from Wilton, Pound Ridge, Bedford, Westport, Darien, Norwalk, Rowayton, Stamford and Greenwich.
